Just completed F.I.I.'s Level 1 Freediving course with Mark Lozano... and what an amazing experience! I recommend taking a free diving course with Oliver at Drift Freediving! Not only is he an amazing and fun instructor, but the course is designed in such a way that you are able to increase your static breathe hold from one minute to three minutes and be able to free dive to 20 m with ease. Oliver keeps the class size small so that he can personally help you improve and push yourself in a safe environment. This class covered invaluable safety that I would have never known had I not taken this course. Whether you are a beginner or experienced diver/free diver, I definitely recommend taking this course!

I highly recommend the level one course to anyone who enjoys being in the ocean. I was instructed by Oliver Haroun and Abdullah. These guys true pros and are great ambassadors for the sport. This course will give you the skills you need to be a better freediver and feel a lot more comfortable in the ocean overall.

I recently completed my F.I.I Level 1 Certification in Grand Cayman with Kurt Randolph. I use to free dive on my own with my friends but I learned SO much from taking this course. Not only do I feel confident that I could help someone if any free diving incident was to happen, but now I can go deeper than I usually do and I feel more confident.
