Physically demanding. Volumes of useful information. Oliver Haroun is an excellent, enthusiastic instructor both in the classroom and water. This course is a necessary progression for those who want to learn and get better at freediving.

A HUGE thank you to Oliver and his Level 1 course! I went from no diving experience at all to a 3 min static breath hold and a 20m dive! He is a great instructor and an awesome coach to block out those annoying voices in your head.
