Daniel Koval is a seriously amazing diver/instructor. His ability to watch, monitor and provide constructive feedback on each dive of every student in the class was astounding. Not only did Daniel monitor each of us individually, he also videoed our dives so we can critique ourselves after he went over the videos with us. As focused as I was on my own dives, it was impossible to miss the fact that Daniel was not only making my dives with me, he did so with each of my other classmates. His personal approach in class was like learning from an old friend. I can’t say enough about Daniel, he made the class an absolutely amazing experience. I endeavor to master what I learned in the Level 2 course and hope to do the Level 3 course with Daniel.

Daniel Koval is an outstanding instructor who is deeply dedicated to the sport of freediving and his students' learning. He generously shared his extensive knowledge and experience, creating an enriching and supportive environment for his students. Through his classes, I’ve gained valuable insights into the physiology of freediving and the essential techniques to dive both efficiently and safely. I’ve already recommended his classes to several friends and colleagues interested in the sport—and I will continue to do so!
