That was a good weekend. I am in the over 50 crowd and have been rolling around in the water for a long time and did not expect too much from the course. But it is pretty well designed with emphasis on safety. Having Oliver for an instructor made it even better. Confident, competent, nice, easy going guy. Pretty good combo. So if you have any interest in freediving and if you think your life is worth couple hundred bucks I would suggest you take the class. Oh yeah, and it is a lot of fun too.

This was a really great course and Oliver is a great teacher- passionate about the sport and the ocean. I was able to increase my breath hold from about a minute to 3 minutes and dove down to 20 m. The class is designed in a way to ease you into the longer breath hold and deeper depths, which helps to make it seem less intimidating. Aside from learning the techniques to help my diving, the safety skills were invaluable. Oliver wants to make sure everyone is having fun, pushing themselves, but doing so safely. I would recommend this course to anyone who spends time in the water! Thank you Oliver for a great weekend:)

Hello, here is a short review of the class... In one word, AWESOME! I thought Oliver was a great instructor. His emphasis on safety, his professionalism and humor made the class very enjoyable. I couldn't ask for a better instructor. The classes information was top notch, it also made me realize how risky my diving was in the past. In the future, I look forward to making the next step to Level 2. Thanks for everything...
